Refund Procedure (for orders not yet delivered or shipped)

We accept cancellations and will provide full store credit or refund if an order is cancelled before we make your order for our online store products. If production of your order has commenced, we cannot refund.

Refund Procedure (for orders already delivered or shipped)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or service and would like a store credit refund, email hello@sweettoothmarshmallows.com.au within 3 days of receiving the order. We will assess your claim and determine if we can offer a refund based on the situation. We will get back to you within 48 hours of your complaint.

Please do not message us on Instagram or Facebook as these channels are not monitored.

Please note we can not refund an order based on taste (i.e. “I did not like the flavour”), taste is subjective and as a food product we can not guarantee that everybody will like every flavour.

We cannot refund shipping due to delays with delivery.

Refund Method

If your order is eligible for a refund as per the above conditions, we will refund the amount as store credit on our website or provide you a cash refund via your payment method.

We do not have to offer you a refund on “Change of Mind” or “Not Used”

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange for a change of mind or “not used” on:

Any Marshmallow or edible product (because we don’t know how they have been handled or stored once they have left our store), due to NSW Food Handling Laws.
