Sweet Tooth Marshmallows was created in November 2021, by Patrick Dale then aged 10 when he asked “why are there no chocolate marshmallows available in shops and why do marshmallows in shops lack texture and flavour”. Over the the following 2 months with the help of my mum, we tested and created our own special recipe that creates as a soft as a cloud, full of flavour and delicious.
Launching my business in January 2022, I have been attending local markets on the Mid North Coast of NSW ever since, growing my flavours and products of marshmallows with the core focus on maintaining, soft as a cloud, full of natural flavouring, gluten free and preservative free.
As my business journey has grown, I have been awarded the 2023 Australian Tween entrepreneur, Won Gold and Silver Medals at the Sydney Royal Easter Show 2023 for Chocolate, Vanilla Bean Lamington and Coffee Marshmallows. Won Bronze Medals for Strawberry and Chocolate Rum and Raisin at the 2024 Sydney Royal Easter Show 2024.
