Shipping Policy
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ORDER IS MADE BETWEEN 13.1 AND 19.1 THERE WILL BE A SMALL DELAY IN DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER AS WE TAKE A SHORT FAMILY BREAK. WE ARE BACK IN THE KITCHEN ON MONDAY 20TH OF JANUARY THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER AND UNDERSTANDING.
Our orders close at midnight each Thursday and we will aim to make and post your order as soon as we can. We are a growing small business and we aim to make our marshmallows to order. Please allow up to 2-5 days or more for your order to arrive, once despatched.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched.
If you require your order for a particular day, we cannot guarantee the delivery date, we will work with you to try and accommodate your request. Please add any comments in your order that you feel will help to make the shipping of your order as quick as possible.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post or a local courier. We are based in regional NSW and extra time needs to be considered due to our location.
We offer flat rate shipping Australia wide.
Parcel postage – $12.50 (4 – 7 business days) under 5 kgs
Express postage (with signature) – $18.50 (2 – 5 business days) under 5 kgs – (not all postcodes are eligible for express post)
These shipping times are only estimates and Sweet Tooth Marshmallows cannot control them once your order has left our premises. DELIVERY DATE IS NOT GUARANTEED. Delivery times are a guideline only.
Local orders will have the option to collect from our premises in Lake Cathie at a scheduled time for free.
We pack each order with a lot of love and care and while we will do our best to make sure no damage occurs, we are not responsible for any damage caused once your order is in the hands of Australia Post or the Couriers.
As Marshmallow products are perishable, returns are not possible.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days (within Australia) after your email dispatch date, please contact us and we will launch an investigation with the responsible delivery service. Please note that Sweet Tooth Marshmallow is not responsible for any delays to your order whilst it is in transit.
All orders are sent with a tracking number, and you will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your order is fulfilled. If you are unsure, check your junk folder or send us an email.
In times of heavy volume or extreme weather there may be a delay in delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
Catering and Event Orders, you will have an option to let us know your event date and we will ship your order out the week prior to the event.
All products purchased at Sweet Tooth Marshmallows are covered by our Returns Policy.
